After finally getting the splitter put together, with the help of the staff here, it is awesome. Being a female I didn\'t quite understand how the hydraulic oil worked so I spilt half of it out trying to attach the motor. But after contacting the staff here at woodsplitters direct they were able to help me get the motor on without any oil leaking out. It really was quite simple but again being a female who knew absolute nothing about making sure the washers were around the bolts, etc I didn\'t understand exactly how that worked. But it is awesome, absolute awesome. I am so proud of myself and so happy that everyone was so nice and compasionate to what I was going through. I have just about cut all the wood up from the trees I\'ve had taken down...now I\'m ready to have a few more cut down just to continue to use my splitter. My brother is partially retarded and even he has no problems splitting the wood up...it is so easy to use. I recommend woodsplitters direct without any hesitate. They are great and walk you through the whole process.
